The Mission
This is the innovation initiative for dreamers with agency who want to tackle the big things. RapidValueAndCash is a breeding ground for moonshots — driven uncompromisingly by passion, experimentation and the prospect of radical change, measured in a single currency: rapid value and cash creation.
Some people stay in the shade. We fly closer. The ICARUS OR APOLLO? CLASS by RapidValueAndCash is a small, deliberate mission for those who refuse to look away from the brightest thing in the room.
28 seats. Winter 2026.

Manifesto
We do not optimise for safety. We optimise for the brightest possible thing — and we build the wings to survive it.
Every prototype is a payload. Every launch is a test of nerve. If your eyes can take it, the airlock is open.
Roster
The Crew
28 seats, hand-selected. Engineers, physicists, designers, navigators — all bound by the same refusal to look away.
Names withheld until launch.

A Class
We don't deliver curriculum. We assemble cohorts.
Each cohort brings together 28 participants from radically different backgrounds — engineering, philosophy, design, biology, policy, art, finance, law — and gives them the structure, methods, and time to work on real-world challenges with measurable impact.
The class runs for 5 months, combines weekly online sessions with three in-person intensives in Munich, and ends with a public showcase of cohort projects to a curated audience of practitioners, funders, and decision-makers.

Principles
1. Systemic over linear. We refuse to break problems down into easily-digestible parts. We map them as systems first, intervene at leverage points second.
2. Interdisciplinary by design. The biologist sits next to the policy designer sits next to the software engineer. Productive friction is the method, not a side effect.
3. Impact, not output. We don't measure decks, prototypes, or pitches. We measure whether something in the world is meaningfully different at the end of the program.

For You If…
You've already built something — a project, a company, a movement, a piece of research — and you want to think bigger.
You're frustrated with single-discipline thinking in your field.
You believe the next decade requires fundamentally new approaches, not refinements of existing ones.
You're willing to be uncomfortable, challenged, and wrong — and to do the work anyway.
Not for you if
You're looking for a credential.
You want a fast track to a corporate role.
You're hoping someone will tell you what to think.

Apply
Apply for Cohort 1 to build a startup, NGO or any other vehicle for impact.
Cohort 1 starts in fall 2026. We accept applications until T-minus --m --d --:--:--. Seats are limited and selection is competitive — we read every application personally.
Your application includes four parts:
A 5-minute video. Tell us who you are and what motivates you to join. We're looking for substance over polish — record it on your phone if you want. We care about how you think, not how you film.
Your CV. Whatever format makes sense. We're interested in trajectory, not titles.
One project you've built. Anything you've made happen — a startup, a research paper, a community initiative, an art piece, a piece of code. Tell us what it was, what you learned, and what you'd do differently.
A short essay (max. 1,000 words). What do you believe needs to change in the world to create maximum impact in the next decade? We want your honest, specific thinking — not buzzwords.

Investment
One cohort seat comes at a price. If you'll get a spot, we'll see what works for you but is around 2k EUR.
The program is not run for profit — its only goal is the quality of the program itself.
This covers all sessions, materials, three in-person intensives in Munich, and access to the alumni network. It also funds the program's operational costs and one needs-based scholarship per cohort.
We believe in transparent funding: this is not a free program subsidized by hidden sponsors. Your participation directly enables the next cohort to exist.
Travel and accommodation for the Munich intensives are at your own cost.
